Studio Agreements
The formal governing framework for acquiring pieces from the Sicamon collection.

1. Acquisition Terms
By commissioning or acquiring a piece, you enter into a formal agreement with Sicamon.
2. The Craft
Every piece is a unique 1-of-1 creation. Natural variations and hand-tufted nuances are part of the artistic value.
3. Collector Responsibility
Collectors are responsible for providing accurate commission details and shipping information.
4. Artistic Property
Sicamon retains the artistic copyright for all original designs, even after acquisition by a collector.
5. Studio Liability
Studio liability is limited to the acquisition price of the piece. I am not responsible for wear resulting from high-traffic environments.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
